Level 2 Award in Fire Safety (QCF) - Fire Marshal /Fire Warden 

One day fire safety safety training course 
 
This qualification is ideal for anyone involved in the management of fire safety in any workplace. Subjects covered include hazards and risks, controlling fire in the workplace, the principles and practice of fire safety management at work and the role of the nominated fire warden. 
 
The Level 2 Award in Fire Safety (QCF) is accredited and recognised internationally and has been developed to protect customers, staff, brand reputation and profits. 
 
This Fire Safety course aimed at anyone involved in the Management of fire safety in any workplace. This includes managers, supervisors, team leaders, fire wardens (marshals) and staff working in any area where there is a potential risk of fire. 
 
Learners gaining this qualification will know that fire safety is the responsibility of everyone in the workplace and will recognise the consequences of a fire in any premises. 
The learning objectives for this qualification 
 
Understand the hazards and risks associated with fire in the Workplace 
Understand how fire risk is controlled in the workplace 
Understand the principles and practice of fire safety management at work 
Understand the role of the nominated fire warden 
 
Course Duration : One day 
One day course including examination 
 
Assessment 
This qualification is assessed through a 30-question multiple-choice question examination. The duration of the examination is 1 hour. 
 
Successful learners must achieve a score of at least 20 out of 30. 
 
Certificate 
All successful students will be issued with a certificate 
 
All candidates receive comprehensive course materials including a book. 
Course Content
